Caramic cartridge for B&Q kitchen tap

Does anybody know where I can get a replacement cartridge for a B&Q kitchen tap that I bought about 4 years ago? Ive asked in B&Q and they dont stock cartridges for some reason , all they said was buy a new tap. Ive been searching for the last 2 weeks and not been able to find one.

this is why i advise customers to not buy taps from b and q and the like buy your self anamed set of taps bristan grohe frannke etc then spares are always available
