Change alpha 2 pump settings

Hi

Cust has a new alpha 2 pump recently fitted. Seems to be set on speed 1. I cant seem to alter the speed.

Not fitted by me.

Buttons on front dont do anything.
Any ideas? Faulty pump??

Should just be able to press the control button on the front to toggle between the speeds and mode settings. You can reset the pump by turning off the power for 3 mins and turning back on again. If that doesn't work, it is probably faulty. They have a 2yr warranty if I recall correctly. So take it back to the supplier who should happily replace it.

Tried the power off method, no joy.

It was fitted by BG a couple of months ago.
