Choosing correct shower!

hi.. i was wondering if anyone could help me..i live in a block of flats where the hot water is fed by a communal boiler, and the cold by a tank in my flat..Is it ok to fit a thermostatic shower to this? thanks in advance

probably not very good pressure for thermostatic shower. demand from other flats will have effect on amount of hot water available for shower. hence electric shower recommended.
