Clicking noise from new Combi boiler

Hi I had a new combi boiler installed last week (Glo Worm Flexicom 30CX) however when you put the heating on you can hear a clicking noise inside like a switch, also when the heating is put on you can hear the water passing through, the installer did a flush and bled the radiators but said at the end he had never fitted a glo worm before, should I call glo worm or does this sound normal? thanks
