cold rad on newly installed system,

just had a new combi boiler installed ,complete new pipe work and new rads.the problem being out of eight rads, one only just gets warm all the others work fine.all rads have been bleed can some help?

I would get the installer back and let him/her have a quick look. System may need balancing, a quick solution to see if that rad works would be turn off all the other rads and make sure the faulty/not heated rad is on that hopefully forces the water to that point.

If that works all well and good then open up the other rads😀
