Help. My Cold water header tank, is constanly filling up and leaking out of the overflow from the back of the house. I have already replaced the ballcock? and valve, but this does not seem to have worked. it especially happens when we have not been in the house for a night.

If not ballvalve then I'd have to say hole in coil inside your cylinder check your header tank see if that running slightly

Your 'cold water header tank' - you have probably in that case got two a small one and a much larger one. The big one is for your gravity fed hot and cold water.

You might have seviced the wrong one. The smaller one is to supply your heating system.
