Combi Boiler Replacement DN14 area

Doing up a small 2 bed house in the DN14 postcode area for my daughter to move into when it's finished and want to have the combi boiler replaced. Old boiler is in bathroom above kitchen, floors and ceiling open for easy access, will need new gas feed, it's 13 feet from the meter and an easy accessible route. Can supply additional labour if required. Needs doing sooner the better. Can pay cash, can purchase boiler in advance if needed. An easy job for a qualified Gas Safe engineer. Also require gas supply to the hob when new kitchen goes in. Don't contact if not Gas Safe Registered.
Further work available fitting a full system to a 3 bed detached house in same area.
