When a old combi is being replaced for a new combi boiler ,does the the old system need powerflushing thanks.

does,nt have to be a powerflush,you can use a standard cleanser ie x400,
I was on the Worcester Bosch CDI i nstall course. The guy teaching us said that the heating water should be within 10% of the water that comes out of the tap.😕😱Read the MFIs as some manufacturers are now asking for a power flush, most do not but do want the system flushed in a particular manner. Dont follow their instructions and you havent a leg to stand on if anything fails under warranty.
