Hi. What's a rough price you all charge for removing tiles, remove bath, toilet and basin, re tile full bathroom walls, and fit new bath toilet and basin? Just an average size and nothing flash.

1k all in. inc all waste pipes, new traps, iso valves, flexi's etc. also adhesive, grout, tile trim inc. with my standard 12mth guarantee. this is just blind pricing though so could be slighty cheaper if bathroom layout was simple. interested in seeing what others charge but suppose all areas differ.

I was thinking of advertising for £1800. With supplying all materials. Leaving about 1000 profit. Tell customers just a basic suite and white tiles. Any extras or different tiles added at amended costs. Does this seem fair?

Maybe you should add to your advert the word FROM £1800 as some smart bum will want every penny of that £1800, How much tiling are you prepared to do for that profit?

Up to about 16metres. A days work for the two of us to get on. Grout following day before toilet and basin go in

I would still want 900 for it. 1 man van strip it in a day. But I wouldn't deduct a full day from price.

Paul78 - I don't see how you could do it for £1,000. I can't get a reasonable suite for less than £300 and with the tiles, pipe, fittings etc you are looking at another £300 at least which only leaves £400 for all the work.

I havnt said I'd do it for 400 labour anywhere. The least I'd do it for is 900 labour only if already ripped out. Read again my friend

hang on there....... me supply suite big NO NO. labour only! read my 1st post it doesnt say include suite.

I'd be about 2400 ex vat for a job like that. No rubbish fitted quality suite with a decent bath, decent taps as well. Tilling done by a brilliant tiler full 3 year warranty on all parts and labour.
