Evening all,

can you use compression fittings on stainless steel gas tube? Specifically lever valves and the like

It’s something I’ve not actually done before, usually either get the crimp versions or threaded levers with male crimp adapters. Have tried the manufacturers and they were useless to say the least.

next step would be asking gas safe but thought I’d ask here first, done a quick google and gone through the books but can’t see anything specifically regarding the above

thoughts?
