Ehup guys, on a job at the moment , i am struggling with the dreaded coni pipe. No waste pipes anywhere near. I had bought a condensate soakaway , but it has to go in a concrete drive ( oh joy ) and under the concrete there is a gas pipe, somewhere !!

A nats less than 3 meters away there is a rainwater fall pipe, I know it shouldnt go into to it, but its going to be one hell of a lot easier.

Come on own up what would you do , soakaway or fall pipe ???

Big detached, soil pipe opp end to boiler, boiler is downstairs in a converted garage now a kids play room. To get coni pipe to stack would still be a git , loft has just been insulated 300 mm everywhere , plus a pipe going through his daughters bedroom , he wont go for it.

Scots idea of the neutraliser sounds favourite , never done it , never had a house as difficult as this to get rid of the condensate .

Run it internal as far as possible & take into down pipe... Or, upsize & run external...

A soak away in the ground where there is a gas pipe might be a disaster waiting to happen? Espocally if its a metal pipe...

Yep I had thought of that as well as potentially 6'' of concrete lol

sauerman condense and prv pump has a nuetraliser in it, fish the hose through the roof/floorspace and into the rainwater

If you can establish the rain water and foul water are combined then you could terminate it into the same outside..

I had the manhole cover up today, they are combined and less than 2 meters from my intended inlet into the fall pipe, decision was made this afternoon ..... Its going in the fall pipe.
