Can you terminate a condensate to an external stub stack?

My customers are converting a ground floor bathroom to a utility room, toilets being taken out and its currently terminated to and external stub stack.

what you guys think?

Hiya mike thanks for the reply

when you say external trap, do you mean in addition to the boilers built in trap?

Yes if the boiler trap is not a 3" seal you need an extra one. Need to check the MI for the boiler.

I'd look at getting some provision for rodding on there. Possibly do away with the AAV and use a HepVo valve with a spigot adaptor for the WM to lessen the chance of smells when the AAV fails.
