Contaminated hot water?

For the last month or so I have been getting a strange deposit coming from the hot water tap in the bathroom.
It is pieces of a very fine skin-like substance coloured dark yellow. It is very soft and light and never more than a quarter inch across.
Any ideas what it may be?😕

if its a combi remove the filling loop to eliminate any back feeding
