whats the T.B regarding fsd on hobs in shared buildings please?

got a hob in a large house split into 4 flats and the hob is an exsisting one been there for 4 or more years, is it 'ncs' as it was?

defeats the objective if an old cooker can still be fitted!!!!!!!!

Yes it was and always will be NCS, the reg only applies to new appliances, so second hand and customers own one moved to their new flat isn't required to have an FSD, not sure why it doesn't apply to them all, must try and find out

they make all new boiler installs a band a for economy yet allow non fsd cookers.............?
