Hi all, Could someone please confirm if the below part is correct for fitting a 15mm copper pipe to some new basin taps I've purchased? Thank you in advance.

It's OK provided the taps you've bought don't have flexible connectors. If they do have flexible connectors you'll need to get connectors appropriate to the "non tap" end of the flexi.
 
Normal separate hot and cold taps yes you have got correct item
Mono block / kitchen tap no sorry (normally a normal compression Iso valve and a male iron if flex is loose nut type)
