Hi,

All of my radiators have Crestalux 8mm Angled Radiator Valve, and one of them is leaking from the spindle. I have read on a number of site that I should try to tighten the gland nut. The only issue is I cannot get the plastic cap off. I have tried opening it all the way to look for a release pin but there doesn't seem to be one. I have tried to find the answer online, but no luck so far.... Does anyone know if the top is removable, and if so how? Or will I just need to replace the whole valve?

Thanks,

Claire

Don't use Crestlux so can't say for sure, if there isn't a removable cap(with a screw under it) on top of the plastic cap, then it should simply pull off
