Custard had an airlock

On tank fed cold. Nothing coming out of bathroom or ensuite cold taps after tank drain and refill.
Not unusual obviously, but no soon as I had mentioned it he said they usually clear it by running a tap downstairs.
So he ran a basin cold (on mains) really full on for about 10 seconds and sure as day airlock cleared itself on the spot.

What made that happen then?

I do not know the answer to your question but, where have you been these past few months? You very busy? Got married or had a child?

Not a mixer tap, wasn't the old force cold up the hot trick. Just plain running of one cold tap on mains, on full, downstairs.
