hi guys i have been with customer street for about three months now and have seen a few peple sl**ing them off, i have had a bit of work through them and the web site (although i ended up designin it myself cause they took there time). But am i making a mistake i would like to hear the probs from you all.

for what they do they are expensive. they offer every one the same be number one on google but not every one can be number one, the way they get round this is put all the plumbers in the area in the same ad so customers can pick the one they want, the thing i don't like is the hard sell I was once told from one of there staff because i did not take there offer that i must be a cowboy he then hung up on me. if thats how they want to do business then they will not be getting my business

They are nowt but rip off merchants....IMO...

no Dave i dont, i took them up on a offer a few months ago not very good with anything to do with the internet so i thought it would be easier, but by the sounds of it i av made a mistake i was just after any bad comments that people had or good if any, to decide weather to stay with them or just cancel it and save my money for somthing else.
