Had a call early this morning, cutomer demanding that I come and sort there boiler out (that I fitted last year)
I said no problem, I will be round ASAP even though she was being quite rude.

Anyway gets round there and boiler keep looseing falme after a short time and constantly keep trying to re-light.

After clearing all the rubbish out of the pantry I find the gas valve turned almost completely off.

this happens in my house, when hob and boiler on at same time sometimes the boiler starves the hob of gas, because everything is piled into cupboard and the new ECV is quite loose compared to old ones, even though I keep tellin her not to, Will need to make some sort of ledge above the valve
