Hi i thought i would give you all a laugh at my attempt of plumbing, and i hope to gain a few pointers along the way and hopefully someone that can supply and fit a ground source heat pump for me a supply me with some parts,

So here it is my schematic of my idea of a pluming of a house that i am renovating at the moment all i have installed is the ground array for the ground source heat pump,

The GSHP will only run at 35 degrees to keep the efficency up but to do this the flow throught the system has to be high hence the amount of pipe in the floor and the use of 2 port valves instead of off the shelf manifolds, The down stairs willl be 150mm concrete slab with the pipe attched to the rebar grid,
Now i think that the control side tooks too busy, the titles on the bottom left is what i want the system to do and it would be simple not to have the solid fuel stoves in the system but what do you think ???

When you open it explorer etc resizes it to view if you hover the picture the expand icon will appear in the bottom right corner,

putting the heating coil with the rebar mesh as this then gives you the whole slab as one big thermal mass quite abut to heat up and reacts slowly but also suits gshp's and then just tile on top.

if you need a high flow rate why not use ufh manifolds and 20mm pex pipe dont really understand the drawing so i cant say whether it'll work or not how are you heating the hallway?
