Hi I'm using an excessive amount of gas, an engineer who replaced my meter told me that the cause of the problem might be the fact that there is a 15mm pipe going to the boiler from the meter when there aught to be a 22mm one.
However my landlord's gas engineer claims that this would make no difference to gas usage.
Please can you tell which of them is right, thanks you.
