I am looking into putting a toilet under the stairs. What would be the best route to take as i have solid floors and the soil stack is about 6 mtrs away on the outside wall on the opposite side of the house also do i need to notify anybody if i want to go ahead with it,

Ha Ha i gathered that might of been involved. What about ratio of fall and how to connect to the existing stack

Over 6mtr you would need a good fall say about 50mm per metre and to join just use a 4inch tee as long as it's in to a vented stack

can u rely on the users not to stick down the wrong things, if so they work ok, use a single length of 22mm barrier type pire if possible, then when it blocks u can stick on your hydraulic tester and blow clear any blockages, worked for me

Great tip with the hydraulic tester there mate, ta.

oh, stand behind a door when pumping, just in case your end blows off!!!!!, pebbledashes all the walls very evenly, lol

So the saniflo is the easier option to fit, any particular models that you can recommend
