Drain question

My daughter has an unadopted car park beside her end of terrace house
the problem is that it keeps flooding everytime it rains , there are two drains that lead to a soakaway that cant seem to cope , question is could these be piped to her sewer chamber .
we have had drain company pressure blast the pipes no prob but it seems the volume it cannot cope with . cheers mark

yes could lead to a lot of work depending on what needed to be done.

Thanks q-plumb , a lot of digging but its that or put in a new soakaway .
which is the lesser of the evils me wonders ...
