My advice won't be any good tbh as it all depends on your franchise and mine were down here, it's not a bad screw though but it all depends on who owns the actual franchise you work for

You contracting or an employee? I contracted with them for a bit, £15.50 per job. Not great money but they were a good franchise. I'd work for them again TBH.
