It was a real ball ache. The old man has Alzheimer's or something and didn't know where his timer was. I searched the house for 1/2 hour before I could start the service as I couldn't get the boiler to fire.

All the while it was staring me in the face. I saw it as soon as I got there but thought it was a door bell of some kind. It's made of wood and its horrible. But it still works so it can't be that bad. The room stat was a sight too 🙂

I like the old sangamo timeswitches. Used to have to go and reset a few on communal systems when the clocks changed. Easy morning driving round changing the time.
