Easiboost shower pump.

Hi everyone, this is my first attempt at this so bear with me! I have an Easiboost shower pump that's been fitted and worked fine for approx 8 years. It's recently started to not pump the hot water through. The pump is running but the water is only tepid. Is there a general service I can do on it or is it on its way out. Thanks.

If the pump is running but the water is only tepid then it could be a fault with your thermostat cartridge in the shower rather than the pump!

Put your hands on the feeds into the shower, if the hot supply is hot but only coming out cold then you require a new thermostat cartridge...

Say 5-10 for a booster pump so it's done well. Stuart Turner are offering a 5 year warranty on their pumps now i believe?

Many thanks for the advice, I will investigate the thermostat cartridge and see if that helps.

yep, pump isn't heating the water so you need to look at the supply to it
