ecotec 630 plus system always on?

Bit stumped by this one. New Vaillant Ecotec system installed. All fine except when set C/H off and HW not on (set auto am and pm) every 10 mins or so boiler fires up for a short while. Outside boiler room temperature no problem ie not frost stat. No warnings shown. Any ideas?
 
The Vaillant ecotec 630 plus is a system boiler so as such should not have warm start as hot water is always available from the cylinder?
