Hi chaps

Have one of these that builds temp within 30 secs and cuts out in heating or hot water. Vaillant have told her she needs a flush but the rads are brand new and the water looks like drinking water. Don't think a flush will cure it.
Wondered if anyone has come across the same problem.......

Sounds like lack of circulation have you check the pump and all valves are open. Could be a blockage in the heat exchanger.

Just to let you know it was a filter blocked on the flow pipe..... didn't know these had a filter there.
Cleaned out works like a dream......
