The issue I have is that due to the shower glass I can’t turn the shower on before I get in it and I’d like to be able to.1. The switches on an electric shower are designed to be used in a wet environment and remain safe.
2. You could have a ceiling mounted pull cord switch installed to control your shower.
3. You cannot have a normal electrical switch installed within certain areas of a bathroom, and certainly not where it could be reached from someone in the shower.
4. Whether any electronics within the shower would be damaged by power being switched on / off by the pull cord switch I don't know.
I was hoping there would be one with a leaded on/off switch that you could place in a desired location. You’ll see me in Dragons Den in a year 😅I think you mean more of a remote control for the shower rather than switching the power on/off?
In that case I'm not aware of any electric showers with remotes. I'm sure there's probably one you can control via your phone these days though.
