Hi all,

having a problem with a customers towel rails (x2). they are conventionally plumbed in on the wet side i.e. flow and return to the bottom and are electrically wired at the top. i didn't put them in and the customer does not have any literature..... Problem is they only heat up up the top...... i wasn't sure whether as heat rises the electric side of things should be down the bottom, though immersion heaters can be top entry, any ideas.... the customer is also waiting on a power flush but the rads and boiler are new...... there is an entry point for pipework on the thermostat but this is not plumbed in..... thanks all..
