Hi All, Just wondering if it is possible to get an electric radiator to look like a central heating one? If not would it be possible to insert a towle rail element in the bottom of one to convert it and jsut fill it with water?

Cheery.

You can get what they call a duel fuel kit, this is an element with a tee piece. You plumb the radiator into the central heating as usual but you also have the duel fuel kit fitted and using a switch you can turn the power on an off to heat it any time. I got mine from Plumbing World at Chrome Plated Towel Rails - Plumbing World
there at the bottom of the page. If you want an electric only one Apollo radiators do one called the Apollo Torino, you can google that. Its sealed electric but looks like a water one.😀
