A nice flying scaffold, the top walk way bar, is fixed by the simple means of "punching" a hole right through the wall, and with a bearing plate on the inside of the wall, a "Tee" bar" pinned in place, note the right hand frame, the angle brace hasn't been pinned in place, also the toe boards, guard rail and the return, plus the "man trap"

I have also seen this type of scaffold "hung" from the rafters, by removing a few slates, and "lashing" the frame's into position with wire bonds

This is a photo of the "flying scaffold" from the out side first, and then from the inside, safe as houses😀
