engineer need in west london for Heatline C24

Hi i have Heatline C24 boiler that is giving some issues, the hot water keeps turning itself on and off during flow. There is also small drip that has started from back of boiler.

From some quick research i think it may well be one of or combination of these:

Diverted valve - flow control - thermistat

Location is in Acton, London
