Hi, some advice please.
The expansion in the loft is constantly overflowing, I've replaced the ballcock and valve but still no good.
I bail out the water back down to a few inches from the bottom, 24 hours later the tank is full and overflowing again.

any advise would be much appreciated.
thanks, Pete.

Hi Shaun, we have recently had fitted a new bath, but this problem has been going on for over a year and is gradually getting worse.

is it on the big tank (for your hot water) or is it on the little tank (for heating)

Could have a problem with your hot water cylinder is the top of the expansion tank lower than the water level in the big tank ?

Is the heating working as normal. Meaning which ever way you want to turn on or off it works as normal...?
And as for the water tank" overflowing " . This is constantly occurring??
