Hello, my friend has just moved into a rental and I am helping them get set up.
They have a Fanned Flue Gas Boiler Mini C24, central heating fine, hot taps seem fine, but cannot get the bath tap to run consistently. The instructions on the boiler say to turn to one symbol for HOT WATER ONLY, and if this is done, nothing happens, both with taps running or boiler switched 'on' - it doesn't light, water is cold. One other symbol says HOT WATER AND CENTRAL HEATING and with this the boiler lights, radiator comes on, but the water out of the tap is hottish for a minute then switching between lukewarm and cold. Any advice? Or should I just let the letting agency know and they send someone round. Much appreciated
