Ferolli Problem need help

Hi all,
We are having a problem with our Ferolli opitmax he 31c, This is controlled by a Solus wireless stat. Came back from a dayout to find the the stat showing the heating on but the boiler will not fire the ch. We have hot water from the taps but no c.h.

Hope anyone can help

as a first port of call i would replace the link wire back in the boiler to establish wether u have a problem with the stat,if that doesnt work i would then be looking at the ntc on c/h.
Boiler not showing any fault code/flashing leds etc?

is the boiler is showing a 'radiator' icon and a 'tap' icon? I had this exact problem last week!
As prs1 says, replace the link wire at the front of boiler, between 1 and 2. turn the boiler on and the heating should come on

Thanks for the reply.

Think we have sorted it. Seems we have had a power cut and this has some how messed up the transmission settings between the stat and receiver. Reset the two units and changed the jumpers and all seems o.k. Very strange.🙂🙂🙂🙂
