Gas Engineer
Got a call today about the above not filling up via filling loop.
My mate has removing the filling loop from the boiler side to make sure there is mains water at that point, seems good there.
Then removed the non-return valve, re-connected it to the filling loop & all was good.
But when it's all connected to the boiler it's still not filling the boiler up.
Not sure what model it is, but I'm there tomorrow.
Any ideas?
Many thanks

integral fill loops on them always mess up mate, replace it or even better drain down stick a proper fill loop on the pipework

Yeah It seems that the filling loop/ non-return valve is blocked. New one ordered but could be 7-10 days. Tenant did't want me to cut a standard filling loop in. Can only do what they want lol

say "no! bad tennant! you don't know what you want but I do so I'm putting one in anyway"
