Ferroli Domicondens A51 error code

Hi Guys, New to this forum so hoping someone can help? Have a Ferroli Domicondens 26c fitted in my flat (was here when I bought the place), I am told it is less than 2 years old but no warranty as there is no paper work.

The error code A51 shown up on the boiler and now I get no heating or hot water as the boiler will not fire up. Have read that the error code refers to poor combustion and the manual says to check the flue for blockages but there are none.

Cannot find anything else and the reset function does not work either.

any help would be much appreciated
