Ferroli he 18 ov

Hi i have had a ferroli ov system running all has been well for first few weeks now the it keeps on giving a flow sensor fault. If i move the thermostat on the cylinder lower it will restart if the temp on the stat is higher ie not pumping , it refuses to light and gives fault code for flow sensor . If i keep the stat at a lower temp it runs for approx 10 to 20 minutes then gives flow sensor . My plumber says there is air in the system but i cant get any out of the radiators . Any help would be appreciated thanks .

When you say for a few weeks due you mean it was only fitted a couple of weeks ago? If so it's down to the installer to come back and sort it.

The total cost for the system is £7500 i have paid 4000 he refuses to come out unless he gets the rest of the money , however he hasnt finished the job ie no shower installed and no solid fuel connection setup and two pedestals still in the box i refused him any more money until completion so he has stopped work. Any advice would be great .

You really need to sit down with your plumber and reach a compromise.
