Hi Guys, I have a fault on a Ferroli HE Plus 38C.
Sequence starting from the boiler working normally and CH on:
(1) Drawing off Hot Water for a bath is OK (except for the inbuilt temp display shows a constant 14deg, is this correct as it seems to show the ambient incoming water temp? I would have expected the Output Temp).
(2) Stop drawing water immediately displays D1.
(3) After about 30 seconds, the display indicates temperatures greater than 100deg (max of 118 seen!) which slowly drops down.
(4) After a short time the display goes Red and indicates A3.
(5) Pressing the Reset button clears the fault and indicates D2, after a short time boiler then works normally.
Looking for someone local who knows their way around Ferroli and can fix it please.
