Hi all
Anyone know anything about these boilers? Went to one today and the thing is making a lot of noise the case is vibrating and slowly gets louder.
It seems to coming from the pump but when i checked it over the pump seems fine though certainly changing the pump speed has an effect on the noise

No not as yet as the pump speed changed the viberation

Perhaps it's an inbuilt alarm to alert the owner it needs to go to the scrap yard lol.

they all vibrate and rattle,its a unrefined piece of crap

Sounds like a scaled/blockage to me or possible that the impeller on the pump is damaged.

I'm busy enough, I don't need or have to get involved with crap boilers. Ferroli, Saunier Duval, Radiant, Biasi, Heatline, Sime. Crap boilers put in badly by crap engineers.

any boiler put in badly will fail, install them properly flushing and inhibiting and they all last ok. those slagging them off arent always correct in their opinions, and arent you out there to earn money?, if your that busy take on an other guy and youll both be happy.

People slag them off but the modena is actually a good boiler. Never had any issues other than usual thermistors and odd board going on them.
Think you answered your own question when you altered pump speed and this made a small change.
Either pump or circulation issue/blockage.
