What does it mean when silicone sealant is described as mid modulus or high modulus?

What do threads like M10 and M12 mean? Is it 10mm and 12mm? And why not imperial like other threads?

Does water exit a deeper trap slower than a shallower trap?

Is there any benefit to a flat wood bit over hole saw apart from the price?

low modulus will need just a low force to stretch it and will have better elasticity and movement accommodation,

high modulus is more rigid.

and yes m10 is 10mm and m12 is 12mm,

no the same ,

hole saw or auger bit would be better for drilling into wood

Seems like the pricier sanitary silicone sealants are high modulus. I'd have thought that would be less desirable?

yes and no you shouldnt have much flex(better none) on a tray/ bath so then wouldnt need to move much/flex

surely the flexible sealant would still be preferable even in the situation where the goal was as minimal flexibility as possible

Everybody thinks silicones are all the same, the modulus is also classed as a higher or lower density.
Then theres the acetoxy ones , these cure in a different way to the neutral ones ...
I wish one did all , it would be a lot easier lol

Apart from size (obviously!) metric threads are normally 60 degree angled and imperial are 50 degrees.
