Any tips for this? Had a nightmare today changing electrodes fitted the new seal and it took me ages to get the fan back due to the thickness of the new seal!

Put the nut on that pulls the plate down a few turns first.

Lock the fan in then tighten up. Fan and seal change normally takes half an hour.

Took me about an hour today nightmare it was! The fan kept hitting the flow pipe when it twists in! Took me a lot of strength to get it in

Moved to private forum.

Use a spare m10 nut to clamp the plate down and give yourself a touch more room..
