Flue Analyzers

Currently using a testo 325 ...


Am looking to buy a new flue analyzer, after having a look at the market, am not sure which one to go for.

I've had a look at the testo 327-1 full kits, and also looked at the Anton Sprint V2 Kit3 ...

Anton sprint V2 Kit3 look quite promising, and keen to go for that?

Just want some feedback and opinion on both of the flue analyzer. Thanks.

They all work,, just cost more or less, I like my second hand kane 250 for £50-00 plus certification for £80-00, it does the job and if it breaks ill have another. If your anton v2 etc breaks you loose all the bits as well and replacement costs a fortune.omho

Anton do have the cheapest maintenances, and i've ordered my anton v2, kit 3, with 5 xtra roll of papers, car charger, 5 xtra filter, flow meter with temp prob, all for a £729 Inc VAT ....

Kind of really good bargain, saved quiet alots.

Hello, I have been looking at the 'One Click' , it costs about £260,looks a good buy and cheap to calibrate, anyone have one? AMY

I love my testo 327-1 advanced kit. Only thing could do with buying extra is the flueless and angled probes. Great price from plumb centre. 5 year parts warranty and yearly calibration included for 100 quid a year, you purchase that when your first calibration is due. I reckon Testo seem the best quality and nice little feature of the built in magnets which hold it up against boilers easy.
If it wernt for that I'd have probs gone for the Kane cpa kit, or one of the anton v2 kits.

I use the Kane 455. cracking machine. But I do use the Testo differential pressure tester too.

I guess it's horses for courses. As long as the machine is regularly checked and recalibrated then use whatever you feel happiest with.

(But the Kane is the doberman's danglies!)

We have a Kane 425 & 455, Both excellent & easy to use. Got full kit. Temp probes, thermometer, manometer,fga & printer, makes boiler commissioning easy!
455 best buy as service & calibration cheaper than 425.
If buying try get to a trade fair, usually good offers or try buying direct 🙂
