buckley plumb

been to another boiler today old glowworm spacesaver balanced flue - flue was 175mm from back door - spoke to gas safe and told its my decision if its nts or ar .told look for distress and do risk assessment and co test and fit co alarm .hate ones like this and doing landlord certs on them

I would just do what they say regards signs of distress and room co test and try to sell them a co alarm.

And my CP12 would have on it

Flue terminating too close to back door- No signs of distress room CO test passed peak CO of ?ppm Fitted/ Recommend CO alarm as extra precaution (If they dont want one put Landlord refused) Not to Current Standards. If any of the 2 tests fail then ID

Life's a pig sometimes. You are going to do ambient CO monitoring and fit CO alarm. Happy days, until the conditions change due to weather/ wind direction/ servicing requirements, on another day. Thankfully there's a CO alarm.
