Fog horn

Hi All, when the toilet has flushed and is filling back up again, if I put the tap on the basin on especially the hot on the mixer tap it sounds like a fog horn. Any ideas what’s doing it and the best way to put it right. Thanks Barry

Change the fill valve on W C
We use fluidmaster valves with brass tail.

Unfortunately I have swapped it over and is still doing it.

Change your basin tap washers.

I tried the shower whilst flushing the toilet and it did the same noise.
