Hi all,
I wanted some advice for the best plumbing options, and the pros and cons regarding the set up my plumber is suggesting.
We are extending out home, which will have 3 bathrooms (2 showers / 1 bathtub), 4 toilets, radiators in some areas on the ground floor and fully on the first floor, and wet system underfloor heating in kitchen and some other areas on the ground floor. We have 4/5 adults in the house, and there is a high chance all three showers could be used at the same time, definitely two of them on a regular basis.
Im looking for a noise free (low noise solution) where water pressure will not be compromised if 2/3 showers are used at the same time - or the issue of running out of hot water.
My plumber has suggested the Vaillant Combi system 837 with a 310 litre water cylinder. Im not an expert in this department, hes said it will be a megaflo flow system, with the outside mains water pipe being changed to the charger blue pipe. Please could the experts within this forum provide some feedback on the proposed solution, and maybe any other suggestions if a much better solution should be considered...
Thank you
