Glow worm Betacom 24c

I've just installed a Glow worm betacom 24c, and everything is working as it should, heating and hot water. The problem that I have encountered is that the timer clock doesn't seem to be working. I know how to use one as my previous Radiant had one. So obviously the problem I have is I can't set the heating to come on or turn off in Auto mode.
I have checked that all the connections are connected securley and they all seem to be fine. Any ideas anyone???

The clock has probably had it. Try another one you know is working, then you can eliminate any problems with the boiler.
