went to the above boiler today. and the boiler was working as it should but the rads were'nt very hot or not warm at all!
the pump was a bit noisey but you could cook a egg on it, it was that hot. and the flow pipe on the boiler was hot. the boiler would just run for a bit and trip off on stat and then fire back up for a bit. can i just add that the pump was spinning inside aswell but no heat was getting around???? thanks

get a new pump or drop the pump head and clean it up and make sure the bearings are ok if you are happy to do so, and you may not need a new pump for a while longer. According to grunfooss most of their returned failed pumps are just crudded up and a clean solves the problem.
