glow worm hideaway

I live in a victorian semi and have a glow worm hideaway boiler in a floor cupboard in my kitchen venting via an original chimney in an internal party wall. I want to change the boiler but am quite happy with the location etc.Is it still legal to mount the boiler on an internal wall and is there a direct replacement for the glow worm hideaway.(although now condensing).Thanks John
